68 Runaway Bay Road

One of the most desirable lots on Leesville Lake, set on a point with great views up and down the lake! This wooded 0.64-acre waterfront lot in Runaway Bay is wedge shaped, starting narrow at the road and widening to a broad shoreline that curves around the tip of the point, with open water on two sides. Picture your lake home tucked into the trees, looking out over wide open water from the end of the point, whether as a full-time residence or a weekend getaway. Runaway Bay offers a community boat ramp and day docks, fenced and locked boat, trailer and RV storage, a tennis court, a pavilion, a pond with fountains, and paved community roads with street lights. About 35 miles south of Lynchburg and about 25 minutes from Altavista in Campbell County. Lot lines shown in photos are approximate. Buyer to install well and septic. HOA applies.
