206 Waughs Landing Drive

+/- 6.025 acres inside Lynchburg city limits with your own private access to the Blackwater Creek Trail. Most lots in Blackwater Run are under half an acre. The lot has two access points to the trail, and one already has an old footpath you can clear back out. Past your lot lines, 50+ acres of permanent open space and city land will never be built on. Come in through the gate at the end of Waughs Landing Drive and a gravel road (meant to be your future driveway) carries you to an open meadow ringed by woods. That meadow is a natural home site which is set well back from the street. You're outside the Blackwater Run POA, so no dues and no POA rules on your garden or animals. You're still 5 minutes from Randolph College, 9 minutes from downtown and Kroger on Boonsboro Road, and 13 minutes from Lynchburg General Hospital. Six acres this close to Downtown Lynchburg rarely comes up for sale. Schedule a walk of the property today!
